Senior Product Manager

I help organizations create digital products that truly work. With over 10 years of experience, I move seamlessly between strategy and execution, defining vision, setting direction, and working through the technical and UX details with engineers and designers.

Currently I lead product for the Sellers side of 12Build, a procurement platform for the European construction industry. Buyers run tenders, Sellers, the subcontractors and suppliers, find work and respond to opportunities. My job is to give Sellers a product strategy of their own.

In previous roles I worked on platforms like NS Go, where we made sustainable business mobility simple by connecting HR, payroll and mobility data. While at Soda Studio I worked with IKEA Family, Wehkamp, Zilveren Kruis and many others, simplifying complex ecosystems, designing digital products and driving outcomes for both users and organizations.

I believe in pragmatic honesty & guided freedom, whether it’s coaching teams, challenging assumptions or shaping vision into tangible products that deliver real value.

In my free time I like being outdoors, bouldering and building side-projects.
